Attorney Marquin Rinard has an extensive background in criminal defense law.  After completing his undergraduate studies at Auburn University, he earned his Juris Doctorate Degree from the University of San Diego in 1982. His experience includes serving 17 years as a Public Defender. As a criminal defense attorney, he has defended nearly every type of crime.

Attorney Rinard is a spirited criminal defense attorney who fights tirelessly on behalf of his clients.  He believes that outstanding representation requires a lawyer who zealously defends his client from start to end of the case.  With extensive criminal experience throughout the State of Florida, Attorney Rinard has successfully defended hundreds of cases involving DUI and other alcohol related driving offenses.  He also has widespread experience in defending cases involving aggravated assault, domestic violence, gun related crimes, drug charges, sex crimes, fraud, expungements and other criminal issues.  As a trial attorney his skills are formidable, with a focus on relentless perseverance.

Based on his experience through practice, Attorney Rinard is knowledgeable in all aspects of criminal defense from successful pre-information gathering, investigations, depositions, Motions to Suppress, pre-trial negotiations, mediation, juvenile court proceedings, trial litigation, and the handling of publicity.  In many cases Attorney Rinard has been able to prevent charges from being filed after an arrest by effectively challenging the evidence submitted by law enforcement officials.  He is a skilled criminal defense attorney who is willing to take on even the most challenging case.
