Attorney Nirav M. Jamindar is the newest member to join the Musca Law team. He obtained his undergraduate degree from State University of New York at Stony Brook, majoring in History. He completed his Juris Doctorate Degree from the Florida Coastal School of Law. Attorney Jamindar is licensed to practice law in the State of Florida and is admitted to the Florida Bar, U.S. District Court- Middle District of Florida, Middle District of Florida Bankruptcy Court.

Attorney Jamindar started his legal career in West Palm Beach as a Judicial Law Clerk assisting a Circuit Court Judge. In this summer internship position during his second year of law school, Jamindar acquired invaluable experience on researching case law and the flow of the inner most workings of the elite Judge’s office. Mr. Jamindar’s work experience allows him to understand how a Judge constructs their rulings. This knowledge proves priceless when representing a Client within the Court system.

Attorney Jamindar left West Palm Beach and moved to the West Coast of Florida.  He served the Office of the Public Defender in the 20th Judicial Circuit Court of Ft. Myers. He attentively worked on behalf of indigent clients whom found themselves in trouble with the law. He is trained in handling DUI Defense and Post Conviction Relief. Working at the Public Defender’s Office entitled him to vast Courtroom experience and unsurpassed business relations with the Office of the Prosecution. 

Attorney Jamindar is passionate about assisting the consumer and to fight on behalf of others unable to fight for themselves. He left the Public Defender’s Office and became employed with Light & Associates, LLLP, working with clientele facing bankruptcy and providing asset protection services.

Attorney Jamindar has taken a direct approach in dealing with those who have had criminal and financial difficulties. He has experience from the inside with working beneath a Judge as well as defending individuals facing hardships in their lives.
