Melbourne, FL – Man and Two Women in Relationship Accused of Incest and Sexual Battery

February 4, 2019

Melbourne, FL (February 4, 2019) – A man and two women were arrested after they were accused of forcing two teenage boys to engage in sex acts with one the man and women. Police have since identified the three. The man and the two women have been in a relationship with each other for some time.

Police investigated 41-year-old Scott Jacoby for molestation earlier this week. Jacoby attempted to take his own life by swallowing several prescription pills when police arrived at his home. Police said that Scott Jacoby is in a relationship with both 44-year-old Jennifer Jacoby and 35-year-old Kelli McKenzie. The three reside as a family unit with three young children in a home.

The three of them have been arrested for forcing two teenage boys between the ages of 12 years old and 16 years old to engage in acts with Scott Jacoby. The two women also had sex with the two young boys.

Jennifer Jacoby has since been charged with incest and sexual battery on a child. Though the two victims are now legally adults, there are still three children living in the home with the trio.  Those children say that there has been no sexual interaction with them and the adults in the home.  The three say the same thing.

Police are still investigating at this time. So far, a judge has granted them bail but will not allow them to have contact with the children upon release.
