Bruce Roistacher

Bruce brings a wealth of experience in the defense of our firm’s clients as a former prosecutor assigned to the Major Offense Bureau. As a criminal defense attorney, he has represented thousands of clients charged with all types of criminal charges from DUI to Homicide in State and Federal Courts. He provides individual attention to his clients and aggressive criminal defense doing battle in and out of court or negotiating the best disposition possible. Bruce has tried over 100 criminal cases to verdict before juries in Florida and New York throughout his distinguished career. Before joining Musca Law, Mr. Roistacher had his own successful firm practicing criminal defense. He also was a managing partner of a major national firm supervising over 15 attorneys in criminal defense and he proudly served the State of Florida as an Assistant Public Defender assigned to major felony cases. Bruce is also one of the few criminal trial lawyers in the country that has trained at The American Academy of Dramatic Arts and at the University of Miami appearing in numerous theatrical productions on the New York stage and featured in the NY Times. Mr. Roistacher is a member of the State Bar in Florida, New York, and the District of Columbia.
