Attorney Jonah Dickstein practices in the legal areas of criminal defense and appellate litigation. He is a graduate of Wesleyan University and Boston College Law School. Mr. Dickstein is a member of the Florida and California Bar. He began his courtroom legal practice as an Assistant State Prosecutor, reaching the level of prosecuting major felonies. From there, he proceeded to practice felony criminal defense, successfully defending hundreds of DUI, Domestic Violence, Drug Offenses, Fraud, Sex Crimes and even Homicide cases.
Mr. Dickstein also clerked for the Honorable Matthew C. Lucas of Florida’s Second District Court of Appeal in Tampa and Lakeland, Florida. He prides himself on “taking clients under his wing”, and providing reassuring and comforting, yet aggressive and proactive representation. He is a zealous advocate, and cares deeply about his clients and stands ready to serve the needs of each one with passion, intensity and determination. Mr. Dickstein’s wife works in the field of legal technology. Their son Steven, a toddler, is a native Tampeño.
