Attorney Bull has been practicing law for 17 years with a primary focus on Criminal Defense, most recently in the capacity of Lead Death Penalty Counsel for the Major Crimes Division of the Public Defender of the 8th Judicial Circuit in Orlando, FL. Attorney Bull was Death Penalty certified in 2007 and has successfully defended 7 clients facing the Death Penalty and none are on Death Row. He has also tried over 100 criminal trials in both Florida and Massachusetts and is admitted to both the Middle District of Florida Federal Court and the 9th Appellate Circuit Court of Appeals in California and has defended cases nationwide in Florida, California, South Carolina and Massachusetts. Attorney Bull graduated from St. Thomas University School of law where he earned book awards in First Amendment law, Environmental law and made Dean’s list, in addition to winning Best Oralist in International Moot Court environmental law and being a yearly finalist in the Schools opening/closing argument competition. Prior to Law School Attorney Bull graduated from Worcester State University in Massachusetts with a major in history. Attorney Bull also served as a rifleman in the 25th Marines, 1st Battallion, during Operation Desert Storm.
