Gean C. Junginger, Jr.

Gean Cary Junginger, Jr. is a Florida criminal defense attorney with more than forty years of experience. He is based in Fort Pierce and has spent the majority of his career living and practicing in Florida’s Nineteenth Judicial Circuit.

Mr. Junginger received his law degree from Nova Southeastern University Shepard Broad College of Law and was admitted to The Florida Bar in 1985. He began his career as an Assistant State Attorney in Florida’s Fifth Judicial Circuit. He later practiced with a firm that served as counsel to the St. Lucie County Sheriff’s Office, where he gained experience with law enforcement procedures and investigations.

Mr. Junginger represents individuals charged with criminal offenses, including felony matters. His background includes service on both sides of the criminal justice system, which informs his approach to the defense of criminal cases.
