The domestic disturbance call came in on West Bay Harbor Drive around 7:20 p.m. last night. The call stated that the man had been breaking windows in other apartment units before he turned his attention on the man’s unit. The adult male confronted the resident, telling him to stop. The suspect charged the resident and sliced his chest with a knife.
The victim went back inside and locked his door, but the suspect was able to get inside, where he then stabbed the victim’s dog. Paramedics took the victim to the hospital for treatment. The dog is listed in stable condition at this time.
