According to the Orlando Sentinel: A police chief from Alabama was arrested Thursday for masturbating in front of several guests (including children) at a Florida resort. His name is Billy Maurice Driggers and he is 44-years-old. He is currently being held with four counts of disorderly conduct. According to the city of Level Plains, Driggers is on administrative leave without pay until an outcome is reached for the investigation.
