West Palm Beach, Florida - A news report posted on Local10.com states that a 64-year-old man Has accused two West Palm Beach police officers of beating him up during an arrest back in November 2019. The man's beaten, and bruised face can be seen on his arrest mug shot taken the night of his arrest and alleged battery by West Palm Beach police officers. The 64-year-old man states that he is disabled and used to be employed with the city of West Palm Beach until the man injured his back. He now assists the owners of Food Plus when he is able. The man states that he has known the owners of Food Plus market in West Palm Beach for several years. However, according to the news report, everything changed back on November 1, 2019. Although the incident happened a couple of years ago, the victim is still demanding answers from the West Palm Beach police department. He is seeking justice to be served against the two West Palm Beach police officers who allegedly beat the man.

According to the news report, The victim stated that he went to the market in order to purchase some cigarettes for one of his friends, and he was shocked to discover that one of the owner's sons had called the West Palm Beach police. 

The victim then describes what happened with the two West Palm Beach police officers who arrived at the scene. He said, "when the police walked in, he told the police, I don't even know, what did I do? "

The two W. Palm police officers stated that they wanted to see the man's identification. The victim stated that one officer remained with the victim as they were running the man's identification. According to the victim, he was not happy that the police were called on him in the first place. He stated, "I'm a good person." 

The victim then stated this was when something unexpected occurred to the man. One officer allegedly got behind the victim, jumped on his back, punched him in the face, and then slammed the victim on top of the police car.

According to the West Palm Beach police body camera video, the victim's back is turned away from the law enforcement officer. The victim stated that he was not resisting police, and he didn't even see the police officer coming at him.

However, in a West Palm Beach police arrest report, that officer stated that the victim was shouting profanities at a pedestrian. At that moment, the officer grabbed a man from behind and placed him on to a patrol car to arrest him.

According to the victim, he was just talking to one of his good friends that he knew.

However, the West Palm Beach police stated that the victim was not listening to their commands or cooperating. The man allegedly reached for the officer's gun holster, Tayser, and gun magazine.

West Palm Beach police state that wow man was bleeding on the ground and was punched in the head several times, the victim's arrest was warranted, as the men continue to scream obscenities at the police officers and even spit blood at the officers.

According to the news report, a legal advisor for the West Palm Beach Police Department, that reviewed the body camera video, stated that the force was justified. However, this was not a review board. The Florida Department of law-enforcement stated that they would obtain the video introduction investigation. However, the victim is still demanding answers, and he is also seeking justice to be served against the two West Palm Beach officers who allegedly assaulted the man.

The victim finished the interview by stating, "Be good, and stop being evil."
