Citrus County, FL (November 13, 2018) – A man from Levy County is now facing DUI charges following a head-on collision that took place after he struck another vehicle on Sunday morning, November 11.

The accident happened when the man, identified as 60-year-old Stanley Thomas, was driving his RB the wrong way on Suncoast Boulevard near West Kingston Drive. He suddenly struck a 2008 Ford F-150 being driven by 26-year-old Robert Scott O’Steen.

O’Steen was quickly transported to the Regional Medical Center for treatment of serious injuries. Trammell was not injured in the accident.

Police say that Trammell was determined to be intoxicated at the time of the accident and has since been arrested for DUI.
