Orlando, FL (November 13, 2018) – Police say that an Orlando shooting event took the life of one and led to the kidnapping of another on Saturday morning, November 10. The incident took place on Harwich Street around 8:04 a.m.

The victim was identified as 40-year-old Tamalari Renee Arnold, who was found in her vehicle unresponsive and with a gunshot wound following the incident. Arnold was taken to the hospital where she was quickly pronounced dead.

The suspect was identified as 25-year-old Ruddel Pierre, who was accused of shooting Arnold and forcing another woman into his vehicle with a gun. Around 1:30 in the afternoon, the second victim was returned to her home and quickly called police.

Pierre was immediately taken into custody following the event and charged.
