Largo, FL (November 15, 2018) – A man who was arrested last year has been re-arrested for violating probation. The man went viral last year because of his neon green hair and tattoos that made him resemble the Joker. Lawrence Sullivan, the man in question, was accused of waving a gun at passing traffic in Florida.

At the time, the 29-year-old was arrested for carrying a concealed weapon and held on bond. On Tuesday morning of this week, November 13, Sullivan was re-jailed when he violated probation that they put him on from his original crime.

As of yesterday morning, Sullivan was still in prison.
