33-year-old Christopher Leggett was charged with simple battery and carrying a concealed firearm without a permit. Leggett had originally been escorted out of the bar following an incident where he got into a fight with the security staff.
After he left the bar, Leggett went back in and punched the assistant manager in the face. A witness noticed that Leggett also had a gun, so they grabbed and secured it until police arrived.
