Hali M. Adair is an associate attorney with Musca Law, P.A., where she defends clients facing a full spectrum of criminal charges across the state of Florida, including DUI, BUI, traffic offenses, misdemeanors, and serious felony allegations. With a unique blend of law enforcement and legal experience, Hali brings a practical and strategic approach to every case she handles.

Hali earned her Juris Doctor from Cooley Law School, with a focus on criminal law and trial advocacy. What sets her apart, however, is her remarkable 22-year career with the Ontario Provincial Police prior to entering the legal field. Her background as a police officer gives her an inside perspective on how cases are investigated and prosecuted. She has extensive experience in traffic enforcement, intelligence operations, fraud investigations, and covert assignments—insight that she now uses to challenge the state’s evidence and defend the rights of her clients.

Having worked on both sides of the criminal justice system, Hali is particularly skilled at identifying weaknesses in police procedures, uncovering investigative errors, and leveraging her law enforcement knowledge to develop strong, proactive defense strategies.
