A 31-year-old man faces lewd and lascivious conduct charges after officials say he behaved inappropriately with an 11-year-old girl. According to a 10 News report, there were three incidents involving the same girl that occurred as recently as March of this year in Wesley Chapel. The alleged victim told the authorities that the man made her rub his penis three times and that he exposed himself to her on two of those occasions. The man faces one count of lewd and lascivious conduct.
