Inlet Beach, FL (December 3, 2018) – Police arrested a Panama City Beach firefighter on child molestation charges associated with several incidents that happened over a one year period in Walton County.

Sometime on Thursday, the young victim spoke with police and claimed that Joesph Burtis Middlebrooks III has been molesting her for approximately one year.  She claimed that she was touched and fondled by Middlebrooks on multiple occasions after which he would ask her not to tell anybody because if she did it would cause his life to be ruined.
