Jupiter, FL (November 15, 2018) – Today, an intoxicated man claimed that he lost his keys and punched out the window of his truck while it was parked in a recreation area on Dubois Road. This is when officers contacted the man and he was able to tell them that he was upset and lost his keys.

Police then attempted to find the man a ride, which is when he decided to keep striking the truck. The man left the scene with another party, but police found him five minutes later crawling in the grass near the intersection of Juniper Inlet Road. He was immediately charged with disorderly intoxication.

The man was taken to the Jupiter Medical Center, which is when he started getting out of hand. A police officer restrained him, which is when he managed to elbow the officer in the midsection while telling him that he was going to kill him. The man was then arrested for charges of battery on a law enforcement officer and resisting arrest. He was taken to jail after he was released from the hospital.
