A 47-year-old Hialeah man has been arrested for allegedly assaulting a female patient at a Miami medical center. According to a news report in The Huffington Post, the former nurse technician was arrested following an incident at Kendall Regional Medical Center in Miami.
Officials say the woman was at the hospital for surgery when the man allegedly sexually assaulted her. This allegation surfaced after the man was already fired and arrested on suspicion of raping a female patient in a hospital room on August 2. He claims that the sex was consensual.
