Martina S. Clay – Criminal Defense Attorney

Serving Orlando and Orange County, Florida

Martina S. Clay is a dedicated criminal defense attorney at Musca Law, P.A., representing clients facing criminal prosecution in Orlando and throughout Orange County, Florida. With experience on both sides of the courtroom, Martina brings a strategic advantage to every case she handles—whether it's a misdemeanor DUI or a serious federal felony.

Before joining Musca Law, Martina served as an Assistant State Attorney in Florida’s 9th Judicial Circuit, where she prosecuted a wide range of criminal cases. Her work on the prosecution side sharpened her trial skills, strengthened her understanding of law enforcement tactics, and gave her invaluable insight into how prosecutors build and try criminal cases. She now uses that knowledge to aggressively defend the rights of individuals accused of crimes.

Martina’s practice focuses exclusively on criminal defense, including Driving Under the Influence (DUI), Boating Under the Influence (BUI), traffic crimes, drug offenses, theft, assault, domestic violence, white-collar crimes, and all state and federal felony charges. She takes a hands-on approach to every case—from analyzing police body cam footage and filing suppression motions, to cross-examining officers and witnesses at trial.

Prior to her work as a prosecutor, Martina gained valuable experience as a law clerk at a respected Orlando criminal defense firm, where she supported the defense of complex felony and misdemeanor cases. Her academic background includes a law degree from Southern University Law Center and a Bachelor’s in Criminal Justice from Winston-Salem State University. She also completed legal training through the Scholars Program at Chicago-Kent College of Law.

Martina is known for her calm presence in the courtroom, sharp legal writing, and fierce commitment to client advocacy. She takes pride in guiding her clients through every step of the criminal justice process with honesty, discretion, and an unwavering commitment to results.

Whether you're facing a first-time misdemeanor, a repeat DUI, or a serious felony or federal charge, Attorney Martina S. Clay has the insight, skill, and courtroom experience to protect your freedom and fight for your future.
