Delray Beach, FL (January 13, 2019) - A woman from Boynton Beach has been charged after she brandished a firearm during an argument at a high school basketball game.
Charmeca Mosley was attending the game at Atlantic Community High School when a verbal altercation ensued between her and another person inside the school. Both Mosley and the other party were escorted outside and continued arguing in the parking lot. Once in the parking lot, Mosley got into her vehicle and drove toward a crowd of people. She then exited her vehicle with a firearm in her possession.
Mosley pointed the gun at several people and said she was going to "air this thing out." Police quickly arrived on scene and issued several charges against Mosley, including Possession of a Weapon on School Property, Aggravated Assault with a Deadly Weapon, Violation of a Concealed Firearm Permit and Exhibition of Dangerous Weapons.
It is not clear at this time if she remains in jail.
