As also reported by the Miami Herald: Justice Maryie McKay, 22, was arrested on Wednesday by the Gainesville police for having sex with a 14-year-old boy on 3 or more occasions. According to the police report, McKay met the boy at a birthday party for the young man in which her children and husband were attending. McKay's family stayed the night and that's when the first statutory encounter began. Once McKay's family was asleep, she texted the boy and told him to meet her in the room. The boy did so and had a sexual encounter with McKay in the same room that her children and husband were currently sleeping. Supposedly, McKay met the boy for 3 more sexual encounters before the victim's mother figured out what was going on. McKay is currently being charged with multiple counts of sexual assault and is currently being held on a $75,000 USD bond at the Alachua County Jail.
