FORT WALTON BEACH, FL (OKALOOSA COUNTY) - A criminal news story on weartv.com reports that a Fort Walton Beach man has been arrested and is facing several criminal charges, including aggravated assault with a weapon when he placed a pistol in his girlfriend's mouth and then began making threats of murdering the victim.

According to the Okaloosa County Sheriff's Office report, the suspect, a 49-year-old man, allegedly shoved the victim onto the sofa during an argument, drew out his pistol, and then placed the handgun to the victim's head. The attack took place at around 11:45 at night.

The victim informed the Okaloosa County Sheriff's Office deputies that the suspect then put his pistol inside of her mouth, and he threatened the suspect that he would murder her.
