On November 14, the culprit also faced more serious criminal charges including aggravated battery, aggravated battery with weapons, armed-robbery (strong count), and an attempt at murder.

According to witness reports, Lujan had previously stolen a bike, fell off the vehicle, and punched a man who attempted to provide assistance. Then, sometime after, the culprit stabbed another man and pounded his chest like a gorilla.

Based on the report from Miami Beach Police, the Venetian Causeway had erupted into pure pandemonium. After he slammed into the biker, Lujan tumbled off the bike after the vehicle was entangled into the owner’s headphone cords. After the incident, on November 11, 21 car tires were found slashed.
