Palm Beach Gardens, FL (November 15, 2018) – A man was arrested on DUI charges today after being stopped for a traffic violation at PGA Boulevard and Fairchild Gardens Avenue.

Police immediately made contact with the driver, which is when they noticed that he had the odor of an alcoholic beverage and noticed that he was slurring his words as he spoke. His pants were wet as well.

Police ordered the man out of his vehicle, which is when they noticed that he was using the door to keep his balance. He told police that he suffered from bipolar disorder, ADHD, depression, and more. He said he took medication but he wasn’t able to recall its name.

Police made the man go through FSTs but he did poorly and was then charged with DUI.
