MIAMI, FLORIDA - A news story posted on uinterview.com reports that a well-known rapper was arrested and charged for his alleged involvement in a Miami Hotel Shooting.  The rapper who goes by the name Pooh Shiesty is currently facing federal criminal charges connected with a shooting incident at a local Miami hotel.  The suspect is currently in federal custody and is charged with several criminal charges surrounding the purported robbery and shooting.

The 21-year-old man made his initial appearance in court last Tuesday after the suspect and the FBI indicted two other men for allegedly discharging a firearm while committing a violent crime, robbery under a law regulating commerce, and conspiracy.

Last October, the three suspects purportedly appeared at the Landon Hotel in Bay Harbor Islands, Florida, to buy some "high-end athletic sneakers" and some marijuana.  The criminal complaint written by Miami-Dade FBI Detective Elio Garcia asserts that the rapper was driving a McLaren sportscar that he rented from one of the shooting victims. In addition to the purchases of sneakers and marijuana, the suspect went to the hotel to negotiate down the cost of the rental car.  However, the transaction ended tragically, and the hotel's surveillance camera footage captured the rapper and one of his accomplices allegedly shooting one man in his hip and the man in the bottom before the two shooters left the scene of the shooting.  As the two men left, $40,912 in cash inside a Louis Vuitton bag fell out of the vehicle.

In addition to the identification provided by one of the shooting victims, law enforcement used the suspect's Instagram account to track him back to the scene of the crime.  The rapper had previously posted pictures earlier on his Instagram account with the same Louis Vuitton bag that was stuffed with hundred-dollar bills.  The same bag that fell out of the motor vehicle after the shooting attack and robbery.

The suspect was initially charged and then released on a bail bond for the incident.  However, he was arrested once again in June after he allegedly shot a strip club security guard in the ankle back in May.  The suspect's next court appearance is on July 6, 2021, at the Southern District of Florida Court in Miami.
