Miami, FL (March 11, 2019) – Police say that a man identified as Justin Levi Eby was arrested at 425 Rockdale after he was sought for an armed robbery in Miami.
Police claimed that they had been seeking Eby for seven hours before they finally caught and arrested him. Officers with numerous jurisdictions allegedly worked together to locate Eby and make their arrest.
Allegedly, a Miami PD officer attempted to make a traffic stop in the 200 block of G NE. That is when Eby jumped out of the vehicle, which was stopped at the time. He started to flee the scene.
Eby fired multiple rounds from his weapon at the officer, who then returned fire. Luckily, there were no injuries as a result of the incident.
At this time, the incident remains under investigation by police.
